Completions Engineer III

• Prepare detailed engineering designs and coordinate all phases of well planning and execution
• Ensure geological and reservoir objectives are met while maintaining the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety, and environmental compliance
• Develop well designs and plans that optimize costs and investment
• Provide technical review and support to drilling operations and contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, including subsea systems where applicable
• Support preparation and monitoring of capital budgets related to well design and completions
• Ensure accurate and sustainable data quality for project timing and execution
• Collaborate closely with completion foremen, drilling leadership, and cross-functional teams
• Interface with service companies to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization
• Apply industry best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with HSE and field operations teams to enhance safety performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Strong experience in completions engineering, including design, operations, equipment, standards, and specifications (subsea experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform under pressure with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Fluent English (written and spoken), with strong technical and business communication skills

Subsea experience is a plus
