The role purpose is to be an effective communicator and ensure all fixed commercial complaints are acknowledged in a timely manner and customers are kept information throughout the complaint process. Moreover, to manage the resolution of customer complaints, in given timescales. Respond positively to any new initiatives that are brought into practice making sure they easily become part of the customer experience service delivery and finally to act as a Complaint ambassador, identifying issues that affect customer experience.

Requirements
Touchpoints experience, Customer Centric
Knowledge of fixed telephony products and customer care processes
Strong communicational & negotiation skills
Solve Problems: Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, paying attention to detail
