Job Description

Brook Street is working with a leading contact centre in Derbyshire to recruit experienced Complaint Handlers to join their expanding team.

Job Responsibility

  • Take full ownership of customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and positive outcomes
  • Carry out thorough investigations using root-cause analysis to identify underlying issues
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to gather all relevant information
  • Manage complaints across multiple channels including phone, email, and social media
  • Prioritise workload effectively while maintaining accountability for each case
  • Provide clear, professional written communication and regular updates to customers and stakeholders

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in complaint handling or resolution
  • GCSE grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
