We are seeking a professional with deep expertise in competitive pricing, commercial strategy, and market intelligence to support profitable business growth across VOIS. This role focuses on shaping pricing strategy, developing rate cards, designing commercial models, and enabling informed decision-making through high-quality analysis and benchmarks.
Job Responsibility:
Shape and execute market pricing strategy by partnering with senior leadership to support sustainable and profitable growth
Develop deal-specific pricing strategies by analysing competitor positioning, internal capabilities, and market benchmarks
Design and maintain rate cards that reflect market dynamics and support consistent pricing across geographies
Structure, review, and enhance cost models to ensure competitiveness, fiscal discipline, and alignment with long-term business goals
Lead and guide the Pricing Support team in creating effective commercial proposals for bids and client engagements
Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, HR, Marketing, and service delivery teams to ensure alignment on commercial decisions and customer needs
Analyse programme metrics, monitor yearly targets, and support reporting for leadership reviews
Requirements:
Experienced in competitive analysis, market intelligence, pricing strategy, and commercial optimisation
Skilled in advanced Excel with the ability to handle complex data models, pricing sheets, and scenario analysis
Possesses a strong accounting background with exposure to commercial functions within services or SaaS environments
Capable of influencing senior stakeholders and communicating insights with clarity and impact
Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, collaboration, and a continuous-improvement mindset
