Your expertise in competitive intelligence and metabolism will be critical in accelerating our mission to shape Enveda’s commercial and competitive strategy for our metabolic health assets because every breakthrough starts with bold questions and brave actions. In this position, you’ll play a key role in shaping Enveda’s commercial and competitive strategy for our first metabolic health asset and expanding metabolic portfolio.
Job Responsibility:
Design and run the CI “nervous system” for metabolic health at Enveda spanning early‑stage biology through clinical and commercial strategy as a trusted thought partner to program leadership, portfolio strategy, commercial/market access, and business development teams
Define the key CI topics and questions for our metabolism program and portfolio, and continuously refine as the landscape evolves
Systematically monitor competitors’ pipelines, trial designs, regulatory actions, partnerships, and commercial strategies in metabolic disease
Translate a high volume of scientific, clinical, and market data into concise narratives, scenarios, and recommendations that drive action
Lead CI planning and execution for key scientific and medical conferences in metabolism
Design and manage a fit‑for‑purpose CI infrastructure for metabolism, leveraging internal resources, external data platforms, and AI tools
Requirements:
7+ years in biopharmaceuticals, biotech, or healthcare consulting
At least 4-5 years in competitive intelligence, portfolio strategy, commercial strategy, or equity research
Demonstrated track record owning CI for a program, brand, disease area, or portfolio and influencing strategy
2+ years of experience working in metabolism (Obesity, T2D, etc.)
Strong scientific acumen to engage credibly with scientific and clinical teams paired with a strong business sense to turn insights into actions
A deep focus on patients and how better decisions today translate into better therapies tomorrow
Bias toward action, ownership, and learning
Comfortable designing your own roadmap, in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment where priorities evolve with the data
Experience building clear narratives with excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to tailor messages to scientists, clinicians, and executives
