Job Responsibility:
Work on complex, high-profile UK and cross-border competition matters
Advise on a full spectrum of competition and regulatory work including merger control, cartel investigations, antitrust compliance, and competition litigation
Advise on National Security and Investment Act aspects of transactions
Collaborate with colleagues across corporate, commercial, and disputes teams
Requirements:
2–5 years’ PQE
Solid grounding in UK and/or EU competition law
Strong analytical and drafting skills
Confident, commercial approach to client service
Ideally gained at a leading City, national, or international firm
