Job Responsibility

  • Work on complex, high-profile UK and cross-border competition matters
  • Advise on a full spectrum of competition and regulatory work including merger control, cartel investigations, antitrust compliance, and competition litigation
  • Advise on National Security and Investment Act aspects of transactions
  • Collaborate with colleagues across corporate, commercial, and disputes teams

Requirements

  • 2–5 years’ PQE
  • Solid grounding in UK and/or EU competition law
  • Strong analytical and drafting skills
  • Confident, commercial approach to client service
  • Ideally gained at a leading City, national, or international firm
