Job Description

As Competency Coordinator you will facilitate and administer competency framework. You will manage all aspects of arranging and maintaining competence requirements of MS client employees including enrolments, queries, obtaining and issuing accredited certification.

  • Setting up portfolios within CMS system
  • Manage all aspects of the CMS system
  • Quarterly Strategy Meeting Attendance and Participation
  • Monthly Communication of Interdepartmental Changes to Assets
  • Develop Process Maps for Competence processes and procedures
  • Undertake additional duties as requested by the TMS Team Lead

Requirements

  • Excellent coordination / organisational skills
  • Excellent communication / strong interpersonal skills
  • The ability to talk to all levels of company representatives
  • Customer service experience
  • Sound knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry as an advantage
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office)
  • Software system experience as an advantage
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in a similar competency role (preferred)
  • Training experience (essential)
