Job Responsibility:
Manage incentive compensation programs, ensuring accurate calculations and timely updates
Perform manual calculations for complex compensation processes, maintaining precision and consistency
Update formulas and documentation in response to organizational changes, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Oversee benefits coordination, streamlining processes to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction
Conduct benefits analysis to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with HR and management teams to align compensation strategies with organizational objectives
Ensure compliance with FMLA and other relevant regulations, providing guidance and support
Maintain detailed records and reports related to compensation and benefits programs
Assist in resolving employee inquiries about benefits and compensation by providing clear and informative responses
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing compensation and benefits functions in a detail-oriented environment
Strong knowledge of manual calculation methods for incentive compensation
Proficiency in updating and maintaining formulas for compensation programs
Familiarity with benefits coordination and analysis processes
Solid understanding of FMLA regulations and compliance requirements
