Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team based in Edison, New Jersey, this role will play a critical part in shaping and administering compensation programs that align with organizational strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities and deep expertise in compensation practices, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while supporting the company's overall rewards strategy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, administer, and oversee governance for sales incentive plans that align with business objectives and comply with market standards
  • Conduct in-depth market benchmarking and compensation analyses to maintain competitive pay practices across various roles
  • Participate in compensation surveys, analyze collected data, and use insights to refine company compensation strategies
  • Develop and manage core compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus frameworks
  • Assess job positions to establish appropriate salary levels based on market trends and organizational needs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to formulate and implement effective compensation strategies
  • Create and present detailed reports on compensation metrics and trends to support decision-making
  • Provide analytical support and expert guidance to HR and management regarding total rewards programs
  • Develop communication materials and training resources to educate employees and HR teams about compensation and rewards initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation or related HR roles
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of compensation laws and regulations
  • Proven expertise in designing and managing compensation programs and incentive plans
  • Familiarity with total rewards strategies and their implementation
