Working with the Aramark Compensation team means touching the lives of all our employees from stadiums to hospitals, schools, and more! The Compensation Senior Manager will work in our fast-paced, vibrant environment to execute day-to-day administration of Aramark’s broad-based global compensation programs and initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work and network on a global scale across functions, particularly with HR leadership for processes that impact the whole organization including salary structures, compensation data architecture, job evaluation, benchmarking, and incentive plan support. Compensation is a tight knit team that works hard to support each other to seek out new tasks, take ownership of work and innovation, and drive positive impact while growing and developing professionally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the annual compensation review process, including planning, system requirements, validation, and delivery of tools, reporting, and analytics to HR and business leaders
  • Manage and prepare financial accruals for Aramark’s short-term incentive (STI) plans, ensuring accurate forecasting, reconciliation, and compliance with financial reporting requirements
  • while also leading STI system expansion globally and standardizing processes
  • Conduct complex data modeling and analytics to support compensation recommendations, program design, and leadership decision-making
  • Create presentations, dashboards, and visuals, translating complex analytics into clear, actionable insights
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, ensuring alignment with internal controls, audit requirements, and compensation governance practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, HR Technology, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and other partners to ensure alignment on enterprise initiatives and leverage technology tools
  • Support and lead special compensation projects, including process improvements, program design enhancements, creating educational resources and training materials, compensation technology upgrades, and policy development

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation, including program design, benchmarking, analytics, and annual compensation processes in a large, multi-national organization
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong HR systems reporting skills (SAP experience preferred)
  • Extensive experience in compensation data analysis (with advanced Excel proficiency), modeling, and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative information
  • Demonstrated success in evaluating data quality and recommending practical solutions to navigate potential issues
  • Demonstrated track record in driving complex projects, managing multiple priorities, and operating effectively in fast-paced, changing, and sometimes ambiguous environments
  • Exceptional project management, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and influence stakeholders
