The Compensation Senior Associate supports the effective execution, governance and continuous improvement of global compensation programs and processes. The role applies experienced & specialized compensation knowledge to address complex inquiries, support recurring compensation cycles, ensure data integrity and maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a resource, responding to complex compensation and policy inquiries
Partner with HR and business stakeholders on non-standard compensation scenarios
Support benchmarking and analytical reviews of compensation-related programs
Prepare insights, data summaries and structured recommendations
Support preparation and execution of recurring compensation activities
Provide end-to-end operational ownership for designated compensation programs or cycles
Manage associated system and documentation workflows
Support compensation-related audit follow-up activities
Proactively identify data integrity risks and resolve discrepancies
Ensure all compensation actions are executed in alignment with approved policies
Develop and maintain process documentation, job aids and service playbooks
Own and maintain compensation-related content across HR platforms and tools
Support and execute compensation-related communications for major cycles
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
5-9 years relevant experience in compensation, Total Rewards operations, or HR systems support, preferably within a global or matrixed environment
Working knowledge of compensation principles, job architecture concepts and pay governance frameworks
Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and case or knowledge management platforms (ServiceNow) preferred
Strong analytical and policy interpretation skills
High attention to detail, data accuracy and compliance
Ability to manage multiple priorities under general direction
Effective stakeholder collaboration and communication skills
Continuous improvement mindset
