Our client, a leading utilities company, is seeking a Compensation Manager to join its team in East Brunswick, NJ. This role will partner closely with HR leadership, division heads, and senior business stakeholders to lead compensation strategy, workforce analytics, and HR systems optimization. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making during a period of continued growth and investment.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field, required
7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, workforce analytics, total rewards, or HR systems-enabled roles, required
Demonstrated expertise in compensation design, governance, analytics, and workforce planning, required
Strong analytical, modeling, and executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, required
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (ADP preferred) and compensation planning tools, strongly preferred
