Job Responsibility:
Lead the development and implementation of job families and job codes across various departments and positions

Conduct comprehensive analyses of compensation structures to identify opportunities for improvement
Provide expert guidance on compensation and benefits strategies to support organizational goals
Requirements:
Proven experience managing large-scale compensation projects with measurable success
Proficiency in using HRIS tools for compensation analysis and management
Strong knowledge of compensation analysis, benchmarking, and industry standards
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
