This role involves managing compensation structures, overseeing budget processes, and ensuring effective communication within the team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee and manage compensation structures within the organization
  • Implement and maintain the bonus program

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Compensation Manager role or similar position within a non-profit organization
  • Proficient in using ADP - Financial Services for payroll and other financial operations
  • Experience in designing and implementing Banner Ads for promotional purposes
  • Knowledgeable in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, preferably with experience in a non-profit setting
  • Proficient in using HCM (Human Capital Management) software for managing and planning human resources
  • Experience in HRMS (Human Resource Management System) for managing employee data and automating HR services
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Benefit Functions including planning, implementation, and administration
  • Proven experience in designing and managing Bonus Programs to incentivize and reward employees
  • Familiarity with Budget Processes, including planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Experience in Claim Administration, preferably within the non-profit sector
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective internal and external communication
