Meta is seeking a Compensation Lead to join our Total Rewards Organization (TRO). In this role, you will drive business performance and support our mission to attract, retain, and reward top talent. In this role, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy and influence, setting the strategic direction for complex, high-impact compensation initiatives while serving as a thought partner to cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for driving innovation and leveraging data and insights to develop equitable, and data informed compensation solutions that align with Meta’s business objectives. Job Responsibility:

  • Drive complex, high-risk, and ambiguous compensation projects by collaborating with leaders, cross-functional partners to deliver innovative solutions that advance Meta’s position as a market leader
  • Develop and implement robust success metrics and governance frameworks to measure program effectiveness, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead the analysis of complex compensation data, including cost modeling, employee impact analysis, and market intelligence, to inform decision-making and support strategic recommendations
  • Leverage advanced AI and analytics tools to automate, streamline, and enhance compensation program management and program effectiveness assessments
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered solutions to improve data quality, accelerate decision-making, and deliver actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Champion the integration of AI technologies into compensation processes, identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, increase accuracy, and scale program impact across global teams
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and platforms to ensure Meta’s compensation programs remain at the forefront of industry
  • Communicate complex compensation topics with clarity and confidence to leaders and cross functional partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation, data management, or program/project management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex initiatives in a global, matrixed environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau)
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with model building, statistical analysis, and data visualization
  • Experience influencing and partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Effective communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with compensation systems (e.g., Workday, Salesforce) and advanced Excel/data manipulation
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI or advanced analytics tools to drive business outcomes

  • Experience setting strategy and driving adoption of new compensation programs at scale
  • Experience managing projects with tight deadlines through to completion while balancing evolving priorities and a broad range of stakeholders
