Compensation Lead Advisor

• Provide HR consultation, advice, knowledge and expertise to HR Advisors and business managers on compensation, HR Management Systems, reward and recognition related issues
• Manage annual compensation planning process for a business unit(s)
• Work with Compensation Manager to ensure consistent compensation policies and practices are applied across all employees
• Manage market data process including surveys, individual benchmarking, and presentation of results to Senior Managers
• Project management and program execution for new compensation policies and pay management across the business
• Coordination of annual compensation process for salary review and incentive awards
• Conduct benchmarking, market, and internal equity analysis
• Partner with regional colleagues to ensure global consistency

• 6-10 years of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English skills
• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
