Lead annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, market adjustments)
Conduct market analysis and benchmark roles to maintain competitiveness
Oversee HRIS data integrity, workflows, reporting, and system optimization
Partner with HR and leadership to provide insights and recommendations
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations
Requirements:
