In this role, you will provide key administrative and operational support across the compensation lifecycle, ensuring that data, documentation, and processes are handled with a high degree of accuracy and consistency. You’ll manage and track compensation-related workflows, maintain reliable records within HR systems, and serve as a trusted point of contact for routine compensation and position review inquiries. Success in this role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. By validating data, supporting structured processes, and escalating discrepancies when appropriate, you will directly contribute to the effectiveness, transparency, and compliance of compensation practices while working alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team.
Job Responsibility:
Supports compensation processes through data entry, tracking, and reporting
Maintains HR records, assists with position reviews and reclassifications, ensures accuracy and consistency, communicates with stakeholders, and escalates complex issues
Provide key administrative and operational support across the compensation lifecycle, ensuring that data, documentation, and processes are handled with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
Manage and track compensation-related workflows, maintain reliable records within HR systems, and serve as a trusted point of contact for routine compensation and position review inquiries
Validate data, support structured processes, and escalate discrepancies when appropriate
Directly contribute to the effectiveness, transparency, and compliance of compensation practices
Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and three years of relevant experience. Requirements may be met through a combination of education and experience.
Nice to have:
Superior attention to detail with experience accurately managing and tracking processes and workflows
Experience supporting compensation, classification, HR operations, or related administrative processes in a structured HR environment
Familiarity with HRIS and position management systems
Ability to manage multiple requests, track workflows and meet deadlines in a high‑volume, process‑driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills for routine stakeholder interactions
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other standard office tools for data tracking and reporting
