Compensation Consultant

• Lead and execute the compensation processes within your scope, ensuring adherence to controls, standard operating procedures, and timelines for accurate processing of compensation and job data
• Validate and conduct secondary reviews of Compensation Delivery activities (including data files), retaining appropriate documentation and evidence
• Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities within compensation programs
• partner cross‑functionally to design and implement approved enhancements
• Communicate compensation analysis results, insights, and process outcomes to leaders and stakeholders, offering clear recommendations and actionable next steps
• Apply independent judgment within established policies, best practices, and guidance from leaders while building deep expertise in Compensation Delivery processes
• Develop and streamline reporting by integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources
• Provide responsive, high‑quality customer service to employees, managers, and key stakeholders across the organization

2+ years of Compensation or Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Excel
• Experience with Workday
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with the financial services industry
• Experience in other Human Resources function
