Adyen is seeking a Compensation Business Partner who is excited to join the Global People team to contribute to the growth and scale of the company. This role will partner closely with HR, Recruiting, and Business Leadership to develop and implement compensation strategies, policies, and programs that attract and retain top talent. The successful candidate will provide strategic insights into our compensation design and structure, support global hiring efforts, and ensure our compensation practices remain equitable and competitive for our teams in the EMEA Region.
Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive compensation support to HR and business leadership teams
Co-create the year-end compensation process across multiple business areas
Work with key partners to implement strategic decisions and facilitate compensation design
Support market compensation survey and benchmarking processes
Partner with the Recruiting team and Hiring Leaders to develop competitive new hire offer packages
Provide analytical assistance to business leaders on compensation-related matters
Collaborate with partners and stakeholders on project delivery
Contribute to the implementation and communication of compensation programs
Develop compensation models and conduct statistical analysis
Work with large amounts of data and build mechanisms to streamline processes
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in compensation and/or people analytics
Experience within Technology or Financial Technology industry preferred
An analytical thinker with high data literacy
Knowledge of compensation principles, market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices
Ability to successfully manage competing priorities in a complex and fast-paced environment
Experience and comfort working with large, complex data sets
High integrity and ethics in handling confidential information
A highly collaborative style and strong team orientation
