Job Responsibility:
Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to help inform, influence, support, and execute business decisions
Develop compensation models and conduct statistical analysis
Analyze trends in compensation and build intelligence through reporting
Work with recruiting and leaders to develop offers
Obtain a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods
Work with large amounts of data and build mechanisms to streamline processes
Foster strong cross-functional partnership with Meta recruiting teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Human Resources or a related field
2 years of experience in the job offered or a related field or a consulting related field
2 years of experience building analyses and models using Excel
2 years of experience managing projects, including overseeing change management and ensuring timelines are met
2 years of experience researching and assessing current and future compensation packages for market competitiveness
2 years of experience analyzing and auditing competitor offer data to provide insights
2 years of experience modeling data for leadership consumption
2 years of experience working with stakeholders to achieve hiring goals
