We are looking for a skilled Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, you will oversee and administer employee leave programs, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and company policies. This position requires expertise in leave management, disability programs, and accommodations, while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Job Responsibility:
Manage employee leave programs including FMLA, disability, and other leave types, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
Serve as the primary point of contact for leave-related inquiries, providing clear guidance and support to employees
Coordinate accommodations for employees in collaboration with internal teams and external resources
Conduct thorough analysis of benefits programs to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal functionality
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company-specific regulations related to compensation and benefits
Provide high-quality customer service by addressing employee concerns and resolving issues promptly
Collaborate with HR teams to align leave policies with overall organizational goals
Monitor and track leave metrics to ensure accurate reporting and documentation
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to employee benefits and leave administration
Requirements:
Proven experience in compensation and benefits functions, with a focus on leave administration
Strong knowledge of FMLA and other leave-related policies and regulations
Expertise in coordinating employee accommodations and disability programs
Ability to analyze and improve benefits programs effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer service
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in benefits coordination and analysis
Familiarity with state and federal compliance requirements for employee leave programs
