We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support payroll and reward operations across our European business. Based in either the UK or Ireland, this is a hybrid role offering a mix of office and remote working. You will take ownership of end-to-end payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective management of outsourced providers. In addition, the role will support the administration and continuous improvement of benefits and reward programmes, contributing to key activities such as salary reviews, reporting, and employee lifecycle processes.
