Global Rewards Operations: You support the operational and analytical execution of Climeworks’ global rewards programs. You work closely with the Director Compensation & Benefits and HR colleagues to ensure our compensation, benefits, and equity programs are well‑run, compliant, and clearly communicated, while continuing to evolve with Climeworks’ strategic developments.
Job Responsibility:
Support the operational and analytical execution of Climeworks’ global rewards programs
Conduct salary benchmarking and market analyses
Support the preparation and coordination of the annual salary review cycle across multiple countries
Coordinate the grant and exercise processes of equity‑based compensation plans within Climeworks’ equity administration platform
Prepare and calculate the annual bonus cycle, including data validation, eligibility checks, and documentation
Drive gender pay gap analyses and related reporting
Lead the administration, renewal, and continuous improvement of benefit plans across Climeworks’ international entities
Assist in global mobility and cross‑border employment cases
Prepare compensation, benefits, and equity reports and analyses for HR, Finance, and leadership stakeholders
Ensure high data quality across HR systems and Excel‑based tools
Contribute to ongoing process improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
At least 2–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a closely related HR role
Exposure to international or multi‑country HR topics
Knowledgeable in Swiss market practices
Solid understanding of compensation and benefits principles, including regulatory considerations and relevant market practices
Hands‑on experience with equity‑based variable compensation, such as employee share options, RSUs, or similar long‑term incentive plans
