Provide insights and recommendations to improve total rewards strategies
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation

Partner with HR teams to support employee understanding of compensation and benefits offerings
Monitor industry trends to adapt and enhance current compensation practices
Requirements:
Proven experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards management
