Job Responsibility

Provide compensation and benefits support for eleven countries and approximately 3,000 employees
Provide day-to-day compensation and benefit support and advice to regional HR teams in the implementation, communication and administration of all compensation and benefit programs
Partner with HR Managers and HR Business Partners within the APAC region to ensure timely review of all current compensation and benefit programs
Lead the identification of options to ensure market competitiveness and make cost effective recommendations to senior regional leadership
Support regional HR and business leadership team in developing and implementing impactful compensation and benefit solutions
Analyze regional compensation and benefit programs to ensure alignment with Gates’s philosophy, market competitiveness, internal equity and applicable legislation
Partner with global compensation and benefit team members, regional HR teams and regional Leadership teams in the preparation, delivery and administration of Gates global and regional compensation programs
Partner with key stakeholders in confirmation and tracking of costing relating to applicable compensation and benefit programs
