Provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders on sophisticated Total Rewards concepts and principles to lift stakeholder capabilities building
Monitor and assess legislative developments and government initiatives, provide consultative support on employment terms and best practices in APAC markets
Understand the competitive landscape in APAC markets, translate up-to-date market data into proactive developmental actions
Design best-fit Total Rewards programs that are relevant to address business and talent needs
Develop salary management principles to enable Compensation as an effective tool to reward high performance
Identify gaps of existing benefits structure and recommend enhancement opportunities to improve the competitiveness and cost effectiveness of the Company’s benefits provisions
Monitor the effectiveness of existing policies, guidelines, and procedures, ensure comprehensive Total Rewards policies are in place to guide operational decision making
Create and implement structures, processes, and solutions to optimize performance, adapt to changing environment, and support long-term sustainable growth
Lead annual workforce planning activity to forecast future talent demand – right number of talents, with right skills in the right position
Lead the Annual Salary Review and STI exercise, deliver good ‘Pay-for-Performance’ effect arising from budget allocation decision making
Participate in third party Total Rewards surveys
Conduct Annual Insurance Review to ensure cost efficiency and effectiveness of insurance protections across APAC region
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or equivalent discipline
Minimum 8 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment, of which some would be specialized in Total Rewards
Technical knowledge of Asia Pacific country specific employment law
Strong project management skills with ability to advise / influence multiple key stakeholders
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, advanced Excel and data analytics skills with a keen eye for details
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Self-starter and highly change orientated
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as an integral part of the HR Team
Demonstrate abilities to exercise sound judgment, present well formulated points of view and to justify ideas with good data
