Job Responsibility

  • Prepare annual salary increase and bonus campaigns (tools, process, tracking)
  • Monitor compensation indicators (payroll, internal equity)
  • Contribute to the management of employee benefits (profit-sharing, participation, health insurance, provident schemes)
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and collective agreements
  • Collaborate with local and international HR teams on compensation-related topics
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects (reporting, mobility)

Requirements

  • University Degree
  • 4-5 years of experience in HR and recruitment topics (Compensation & Benefits)
  • Knowledge of HR systems
  • English advanced
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and automatically handle tasks

Nice to have

German or French would be a plus
