We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Analyst support one of our clients in Santa Clara, CA. In this contract position, you will play a pivotal role in handling compensation and benefits operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong operational focus and expertise in sales compensation and benefits administration.
Job Responsibility:
Manage benefits reporting, reconciliations, and resolve employee inquiries to ensure accurate deductions and compliance
Administer sales compensation plans, including calculations, payouts, and adjustments, while ensuring timely execution
Create and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and performance summaries related to sales compensation
Validate sales data, quotas, and crediting to ensure compliance and accuracy
Address commission-related inquiries, conduct audits, and resolve issues efficiently
Identify and implement process improvements for sales compensation and reporting workflows
Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure seamless data integration and accurate payments
Work closely with finance and business partners to fulfill data requests and provide analytical insights
Summarize and present findings from job analysis and compensation reviews to stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and/or benefits roles with a strong operational focus
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail
Proficiency in reporting and attention to detail are essential
Experience within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries is highly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Xactly software is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
Familiarity with other compensation systems is a plus
