Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure timely updates to compensation structures and benefit packages to align with business and market changes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll data with a strong focus on compliance and efficiency
  • Conduct in-depth payroll and compensation data forcast and analysis to support decision-making and optimize cost effectiveness
  • Manage and organize employee stock option (ESOP) data and facilitate timely agreement signings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and People teams to deliver seamless C&B operations

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations
  • Strong understanding of payroll management, taxation, and compliance regulations
  • Proficient in Excel / data tools for compensation analysis and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in tech, AI, or fast-paced startup environments
  • Familiarity with equity or ESOP administration systems
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize HR processes through automation or analytics tools
