Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Compensation Analyst to join our team in Sacramento, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in analyzing, modeling, and interpreting financial data to support strategic decision-making within the healthcare industry. This position offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in financial analysis and compensation strategies to drive impactful results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform in-depth financial analyses, including variance analysis and ad hoc reporting, to provide actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast trends and support strategic planning
  • Conduct compensation analysis to ensure competitive positioning and alignment with organizational goals
  • Utilize data mining techniques to extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets for meaningful conclusions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy
  • Identify and address discrepancies in financial data, ensuring consistency and reliability
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations
  • Monitor industry trends and benchmarks to inform compensation strategies
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities with comprehensive financial evaluations
  • Assist in creating policies and procedures to enhance financial operations

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of financial systems and tools
