Job Description

A Boston-based manufacturing client is looking to hire a Compensation Analyst to join their Total Rewards team and support benchmarking, compensation program administration, data analysis, and more.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct job analysis and evaluation of positions at all levels to remain competitive with the market
  • Support the development and implementation of compensation programs (base pay, bonuses, and incentive plans)
  • Perform data modeling and analysis in Excel to support business decision-making
  • Partner with colleagues in HR and finance around compensation policies, budgeting, bonus accruals, and more

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in compensation administration
  • Experience with Workday is a plus
  • Ability to maintain, manipulate and analyze large, complex datasets in Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical analysis to a non-technical audience
