As part of our dynamic team, you'll ensure strict compliance with our governance framework while aligning our programs to meet business needs and objectives. You’ll work closely with global colleagues and partners, improving the efficiency of our compensation strategies and driving continuous improvement.
Job Responsibility:
Work together with HR groups and business leaders to support and carry out compensation activities and solutions throughout the Americas and other areas
Provide comprehensive compensation analysis and modeling to support recommendations and solutions in areas such as market analysis, pricing, benchmarking, annual salary planning, merit cycles, variable pay, and incentive plan administration
Drive the maintenance and updates of compensation structures, including salary ranges, job profiles, and grade frameworks
Coordinate incentive and compensation programs accurately and timely, in partnership with Finance, Payroll, and HR Business Partners
Develop and deliver communications, training, and mentorship on compensation policies, programs, and practices to HR partners and business leaders
Support the compensation survey submission and analysis process for the Aristocrat Gaming business, ensuring data accuracy and effective use of survey results
Support global Total Rewards initiatives, lead efforts to improve internal processes, and coordinate with team members situated in various regions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
Over 2 years of background in Compensation or Total Rewards, preferably within a global or matrixed environment, or 5 years in Human Resources involving data analytics
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, charting & visualization, data validation, pivot tables, etc.)
Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience with the Workday platform and reporting is strongly preferred but not essential
Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships and influence collaborators across HR, Finance, and the business
Working knowledge of compensation principles, including market pricing, salary structures, incentive plans, and job evaluation
High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and prioritize multiple priorities
Experience working with global teams and collaborators across different time zones is preferred
