The Compensation Analyst II serves as a strategic partner to the business, leveraging advanced data modeling and market intelligence to design and refine Appian’s global compensation programs. Beyond routine reporting, this role is responsible for leading complex benchmarking projects, auditing pay equity, and providing data-driven recommendations that align with our growth objectives. As a key member of the team, they bridge the gap between raw HR metrics and actionable talent strategy, ensuring Appian remains competitive and compliant in a dynamic global market.

Requirements:
Lead the generation, maintenance, and deep-dive analysis of global HR and compensation reports
Own the end-to-end participation in global compensation surveys

Act as a lead analytical resource for cross-functional HR projects and ad-hoc data requests
Drive the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of global HR data
