Perform lookback analyses to evaluate past compensation trends and their impact. Support the coordination and administration of benefits functions. Assist in benchmarking compensation to maintain competitiveness within the industry. Provide actionable insights through detailed compensation analysis.
Proven experience in compensation administration and benefits coordination. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and reporting. Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar HR systems is highly desirable. Knowledge of market assessments and competitive benchmarking. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior experience in the healthcare or social assistance industry is a plus.
