Job Responsibility:
Supported end-to-end statutory compliance by preparing and filing SSM submissions, maintaining statutory registers, and proactively tracking regulatory deadlines to ensure 100% adherence to Companies Act requirements
Assisted in the full meeting lifecycle—from agenda coordination and logistics to minute-taking and post-meeting documentation—for Board, AGM, and EGM proceedings, ensuring robust corporate governance practices
Managed secure custody and updates of critical corporate records, including share registers, resolutions, common seal, and statutory filings, maintaining both physical and digital archives with strict accuracy and confidentiality
Liaised effectively across internal departments (Finance, Legal, Projects) and external stakeholders (auditors, regulators, external counsel) to facilitate seamless incorporation, bank mandates, and compliance workflows
Contributed to governance integrity by assisting in the implementation of internal compliance checklists, countersigning statutory declarations, and verifying document authenticity for banks, SSM, and regulatory submissions
Requirements:

Professional Company Secretarial qualification (e.g. ICSA/CGI)
