Our client is a renowned international law firm with a decades of established roots here in Hong Kong. They are renowned for their stable culture and friendly working environment. They are located in Hong Kong Island.

Job Responsibility

  • Handling the full spectrum of company secretarial duties for private entities including Hong Kong and BVI
  • Communicating and answering client enquiries and manage client profiles independently
  • Organise meetings, draft board minutes, and conduct research for Corporate Governance matters
  • Maintain statutory corporate records, including registers of directors, shareholders, and other required filings

Requirements

  • 5 year of company secretarial experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related fields
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
  • Attention to detail and demonstrate ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
