We are currently seeking a mid level or senior company secretary to join us and provide long-term support to a top investment management firm. This is an exciting opportunity to join the company secretarial team within a leading global investment management firm.
Job Responsibility:
Manage company formation and dissolution processes, liaising with internal teams and external advisors
Maintain and manage company records, including director and officer appointments and registration
Organize board meetings and prepare related documentation including agendas, minutes, and resolution
Ensure timely completion of annual compliance and regulatory filing
Support on KYC
Lead or assist with ad hoc governance and board-related projects across jurisdictions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder with minimum 7 years of company secretarial experience, ideally in a multinational, financial services environment or leading professional firms
Familiar with company secretarial matters for HK and offshore companies
Experience in board meeting coordination and documentation
Good attention to detail and organizational skills and comfortable with a fast paced environment
Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
