This role will enable the employee to gather a broad understanding of the Company Secretarial Department as a whole and will quickly allow them to gain experience in many different areas of the industry as well as the customer service aspect of the role.
Job Responsibility
Provide administrative support to clients that have appointed Company Secretarial Services Ltd as their Company Secretary
Upon instruction from the Property Manager to prepare and issue all AGM notices
Scan and save all Company Accounts for managed developments that are received from the Finance Department
Keep ShareReg updated with all Director appointments and resignations and amend PMS as required
Send out Directors calls to seek appointments for new Directors on instruction from the Property Manager
Arrange Company Secretarial Appointments and Resignations on instruction from Business Development and Customer Services
File the Annual Confirmation Statement at Companies House
Set up of new Management Companies on instruction from Business Development
Issue letters and welcome packs to all new leaseholders upon notification of reassignment of a property
Deal with returned mail and keeping correspondence details up to date and to manage incoming post
Any Land Registry and Companies House administrative tasks that may be required
