Job Description

This exciting role in our German HQ in Wuppertal is starting as a part-time role (24hrs / week) with the potential to become full-time in the future.

Job Responsibility

  • Management and maintenance of the company fleet (company and pool vehicles)
  • coordination of vehicle orders, handovers and returns
  • contact person for employees with questions about company cars
  • processing fines and invoices
  • organization and documentation of driving license checks and UVV
  • collaboration with leasing companies and dealers
  • maintenance of vehicle data as well as simple evaluations and reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent or completed education or comparable experience
  • fluent German (speaking and writing)
  • good English (speaking and writing)
  • good organizational skills and service orientation
  • confident use of MS Office
  • reliable, structured way of working
