Job Description:

Join Our Team as a Companion! Earn Up to $16hr! We're looking for compassionate and dependable Companions to make a meaningful difference in our client's daily life. If you're patient, attentive, and enjoy building genuine, trusting relationships, we'd love to have you join us!

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to identified members
  • Active listening and conversation
  • Engage members in ongoing social interaction, activities, or movement
  • Games, puzzles, arts and crafts, reading aloud, watching TV/movies together
  • Spend time with the member for the duration of the shift
  • Alert nurses when the individual needs help or clinical intervention
  • Adhere to the facility's policies and standards

Requirements:

  • Full-time availability: Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm
  • Must be willing to work in Pittsburgh, PA
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Willingness to clock in/out electronically
  • Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty
