Job Description:

Style Acre supports people with learning disabilities and autism throughout Oxfordshire. An exciting opportunity to join our Outreach team in Didcot and the surrounding area. We are looking for a committed, caring and enthusiastic individual to join our team supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism. We support people to increase their independence and engagement in their community. We offer sociable and flexible working hours – weekdays between 9-4pm. Part-time position, working hours 9am to 4pm (flexible), Monday to Friday, with some weekends.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support adults with learning disabilities and autism to increase their independence and engagement in their community
  • offer support to go to the gym, cycling, shopping, supporting people to appointments, trips out and support for people in voluntary and paid work
  • provide some support in people's homes, but the majority of time is spent out and about

Requirements:

  • Experienced Support Worker
  • Full UK driving license and use of own vehicle
