Job Description:

As a Community Support Worker, you will: Going into different individual's homes supporting them and building relationships with them. Having a genuine drive to improve the lives of the people we help. Having the self-assurance and drive to operate independently as well as in a team setting. Must have flexibility, empathy, resilience, care, patience, dependability, honesty, and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibility:
