The Opportunity: Temp-to-Perm. We are offering a structured 3-month temp-to-perm agreement. This allows you to integrate into the team and build relationships with your service users before transferring over as a permanent staff member with a set annual salary. The Schedule. As a community-based role, your day will involve visiting multiple service users in their own homes. Shift Patterns: Flexible variations available. Early Starts: From 07:00. Late Finishes: Up to 22:00. Travel: Regular travel between house visits is required.
