Job Description:

Looking for a new challenge as a Support Worker? Come join our team in a new role for this area! We’re looking for a flexible, compassionate person to join us as a Community Support Worker - Female supporting individuals across a range of services and locations such as Southampton, Andover, Alton, and Portsmouth. You’ll work with different teams, meet new people, and make a real impact in every setting – from supported living to complex care in the community. This is a contracted role with a guaranteed rota, but you’ll be trained and ready to support across multiple packages when needed.

Job Responsibility:

Providing person-centred care across different services
Supporting adults and children with complex clinical needs
Helping with personal care, communication, medication and community access
Working with new teams and adapting to different routines
Keeping accurate notes and maintaining safe, consistent support

Requirements:

Confident driver with own car (essential)
Flexible and reliable – comfortable travelling between services
Calm under pressure and good at picking things up quickly
Able to work a rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
