Are you searching for a new rewarding position and are experienced as a community support worker who wants to support individuals who require more assistance? At Randstad, we are looking for dependable, enthusiastic individuals to help local adults who are able to drive. We at Randstad Care are committed to supporting individuals to live happy, meaningful lives. At Randstad we provide personalised care developed specifically for each individual. Our team of Community Support Workers can work with us in assisting the individuals we serve achieve their best lives and aspirations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Going into different individual's homes supporting them and building relationships with them
  • Having a genuine drive to improve the lives of the people we help
  • Having the self-assurance and drive to operate independently as well as in a team setting

Requirements:

  • 12 months of experience working in the UK
  • Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
  • Must be currently located in the UK with the right to work (sponsorship not provided)
  • Car Driver
