Job Description:

Be the reason someone feels seen and supported to live independently in their own home! Intereach is looking for a Community Support Worker (CSW) Home Care to join our team in Echuca. In this part-time role, you’ll be delivering meaningful, person-centred care to people — helping them maintain their independence, stay connected, and live fulfilling lives at home and in their community.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Home & Community Care, Assistant in Nursing or Nursing
  • Hands-on experience supporting older people and their carers, including personal care and domestic assistance
  • Clear Aged Care Banning Order and current clearance to work in aged care
