Requirements

Degree in Speech Pathology + Practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
1–5+ years of clinical experience preferred
Strong interest in neurodiversity and family-centred care
Experience with both paediatric and adult populations
Excellent communication and report writing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel locally for service delivery
Driver’s Licence & own vehicle, WWCC, NDISWC, National Police Check

A degree in Speech Pathology
Eligibility for SPA registration upon graduating
Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
A full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle with third party insurance
A valid Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain
A clear current Police Check, or be willing to obtain
NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or be willing to obtain
First Aid and CPR certification, or be willing to obtain

Job Responsibility

Provide evidence-based assessments and therapy to a paediatric caseload – providing direct, family based and community-based support to individuals with developmental delays and/or disabilities
Day-to-day in the role will include assessment and intervention sessions with a mixed caseload in terms of both age and modality of intervention, working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary context to deliver quality, evidence-based outcomes
Work closely with key stakeholders providing information, education and support
Ongoing evaluation, training and review to ensure the delivery of quality services to clients
