Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Community Speech and Language Therapist to work on a locum basis in London.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering a high standard of adult Speech and Language Therapy within a community setting, working closely with patients, families, and carers across a diverse and multicultural population
  • Acting as a specialist resource, providing advice and support to the stroke community rehabilitation service (CSRT), wider Speech and Language Therapy teams, community therapy services, and the broader multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Previous NHS experience
  • Strong adult community Speech and Language Therapy experience
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload
  • Strong MDT working and communication skills

Nice to have:

Experience working within stroke rehabilitation services
