The Hospice at Home service cares for patients across Cambridgeshire who choose to remain in their own home in their last weeks of life. We are holistic in our approach, and the care is tailored to each person's specific needs. The compassionate team of Nurses and Healthcare Assistants provides practical and holistic care supporting patients and their families in their homes. We now have an opportunity for a Community Sister / Charge Nurse (Band 6) to join us in a permanent role, at the Alan Hudson Centre in Wisbech and covering Cambridgeshire. We welcome applications from candidates who are interested in working between 33 - 37.5 hours per week. The service runs 7 days a week and colleagues will join us and work on a rota basis to support this, unfortunately we're unable to offer fixed working days due to the requirements of the service.
